ORDER

Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.

2. The petitioner is a Cable TV Operator, who has given a complaint against the fourth respondent to the official respondents 1 and 2. The first respondent has also acknowledged the same and has also directed the second respondent to look into the same and to take action vide communication, dated 23.10.2024 bearing reference No.N-45011/3/2024-DAS. Since no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2/5

3. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after dispensing with the notice on the respondents 1 and 4, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed at this stage against the fourth respondent.

4. The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024, as per the direction of the first respondent, dated 23.10.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Needless to state, before passing any order, notice shall also be issued to the fourth respondent, who likely to be impacted by the decision to be taken. Further, since the representation of the petitioner is dated 01.10.2024, the petitioner may also furnish another copy of the complaint to the second respondent.
