The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 15.05.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner gave the above said representation with regard to the conduct of temple festival and the scheduled date is over and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
