ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register the case against the proposed accused persons in C.S.R.No.225 of 2022 by considering representation, dated 13.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation, dated 13.06.2022, the respondent police assigned CSR.No.225 of 2022. But so far, the said representation is not considered by the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate Submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the representation within a period of two weeks.

W.P(MD)No.13307 of 2022 4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
