ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is the husband of the third respondent. The marriage between them took place on 01.12.2019. It appears that they are presently separate. The third respondent wants to rejoin with the petitioner. She has given a complaint before the second respondent. The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is compelling him to take back the third respondent. 3.The second respondent is directed to hold preliminary enquiry and attempt to effect reconciliation between the parties. If it is not possible, then the second respondent may either close the enquiry or if any cognizable offence is made out, register an FIR against the petitioner. If FIR is registered against the petitioner, the second respondent will put the petitioner on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
