ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 to R3. 2.The petitioner is said to have filed a writ petition before the Madurai Bench against the private respondents herein seeking closure of the quarry run by them.

3.The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are threatening him to withdraw the said writ petition. The petitioner had given a complaint before the third respondent. But, according https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10884 of 2020 to the petitioner, no action has been taken. Therefore, this criminal original petition came to be filed.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been registered as C.S.R.No.159 of 2020 on 01.10.2020 and that, action is being taken.

5.Recording the said undertaking given by the third respondent through learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
