ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2. 2.The petitioner's counsel would state that the petitioners have raised their voice against the manner in which, the third respondent herein handled the village accounts in the past. Therefore, the third respondent had held out serious threat against the petitioners. The petitioners, therefore, want police protection. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the second respondent through learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs the Court that the Police would definitely keep watch over the village and ensure that nothing untoward occurs.
