ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.165 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.19 of 2023, on the file Judicial Magistrate, Theni. After ful-fledged trial, the case ended in acquittal, on 21.03.2023 and the judgment also produced. So, the matter has become infructuous.
