PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records relating to the order of detention passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Detention Order No.01/2025 (CS), dated 03.04.2025, branding the petitioner's husband / detenue namely, Ravikumar, S/o. Raju aged about 38 years as Black Markerteer, under the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980) under Section 3(2)(a) r/w 3(1) of the said Act and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu who is confined in the 4th respondent's Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
