ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate and immediate steps to remove the encroachment put up by the respondents 4 to 7 in Survey Nos.297/1, 298/1, 298/3, 301/3 & 302/2, which are

classified as Government Poramboke lands situated at Pulivalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2020, within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that there is no encroachment as pointed out by the petitioner in the place in question and the lands in question are nothing but private patta lands. 3.The aforesaid submission is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
