ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the complaint from the file of the second respondent to some other independent agency for effective investigation upon her complaint, dated 23.09.2019 and her subsequent representations/complaints, dated 08.11.2019, 06.03.2020, 03.08.2020 and 10.09.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Even before registration of F.I.R, the transfer of complaint cannot be considered. That apart, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and closed.

4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to transfer the complaint of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
