Heard both sides.

2. All that the petitioner seeks is that she must be furnished with the documents based on which the private respondents have lodged the claim. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that the enquiry is scheduled to be held today at 3.00 p.m.

3. No exception to be taken to the petitioner's request. It is well settled principle of law that the relied on documents must be given to the noticee. The first respondent is directed to furnish the relied on documents to the petitioner before proceeding further in the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
