ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to conduct enquiry, action in respect of 4th respondent official atrocity, connectively direct the 4th respondent not to interfere the civil dispute pending suits in O.S.No.287 of 2017, 192 of 2017 on the file of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District Munsif, Sub-Court, Pattukkottai on the basis of considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is enquired with regard to the said complaint and closed on 28.07.2018.

3. Since the complaint has been closed it is made clear that the respondent police shall not called the petitioner and harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner with regard to the complaint which is already been closed.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
