PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.190 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused herein, who was arrested on 17.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Section 328 of IPC r/w Section 6 (b), 24(i) of Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 77 of JJ Act, 2015 in Crime No.190 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner is having 7 previous cases similar in nature. He is also running a petty shop.
3.However, in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit. On the basis of the affidavit that has been filed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 4.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, and on further condition that the petitioner must stay away from Ambasamudram and must stay at Virudhunagar.
