This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 626 days in preferring this criminal revision petition as against the judgment, dated 27.04.2023 made in 1/3

C.A.No.13 of 2020 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli in S.T.C.No.610 of 2018, dated 13.01.2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post the case on 10.07.2025.
