2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the investigating officer, R3 Ashok Nagar Police Station at Chennai instead of complying the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Pattukottai, Thanjavur District. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8071 of 2023 on 28.04.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.7452 of 2023 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
