To set aside the order made in WP(MD) No.25660 of 2022 dated 19.09.2023 by the allowing the writ appeal.

To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.2226/2018/PaTho dated 22.02.2022 and impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 58457/2022/K1 dated 23.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to revise the pay scale of writ petitioner in the cadre of Deputy registrar of cooperative societies with effect from 09.11.2016 on par with his junior K.Rajagopal and to revise the pensionary benefits of writ petitioner with all attended monetary benefits within the time limit stipulated by this Court. ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.

VEERA KATHIRAVAN, Additional Advocate General-III assisted by Mr.M.SARANGAN, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and of M/s.S.MEENA, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN,J) Mr.Veerakathiravan, the learned Additional Advocat General-III, asisted by Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants/Petitioners present. The learned counsel for the sole respondent also present.

2.This Court, on 21.8.2024, finding that there are arguable grounds in the writr appeal, granted an order of interim stay. Today the matter has been listed under the 2/4

caption''for extension of interim order''.Therefore, the interim order already granted by this Court on 21.08.2024 is made absolute till the disposal of the Writ Appeal and accordingly, this Petition stands closed.

3.At the request of the learned counsel for the respondent, list the matter on 10.09.2024.
