This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl O.P.(MD). No.1980 of 2026 dated 03.02.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 03.02.2026 and investigation in this case is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
