ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1) and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.156 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and another person had indulged in eve teasing the daughter of the defacto complainant. When this was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner and another person had abused and set fire to the two wheeler belonging to the defacto complainant, as a result of the same, present case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to repay the damage caused to the vehicle. He would further submit that a false complaint has been given against the petitioner due to previous enmity 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner and the another person had involved in eve teasing and when they were questioned they committed the offence. 5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Ramanathapuram and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m and 6.30 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the credit of Cr.No.156 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I , Ramanathapuram, without prejudice to his defence before the trial Court.

7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
