This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 947 days payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.59,451/- in C.M.A(MD) SR.No.58633 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel for the 7th respondent.

3. Insofar as the 6th respondent is concerned, notice sent to him was returned with an endorsment ''unclaimed''.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
