This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 1828 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he could not surrrender before the concerned court and execute the sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 18354 of 2025 dated 02.02.2026 till 22.05.2026. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
