2. The petitioner, based on mutation of revenue records in his favour, has sought for survey to be conducted an application has been made on 11.04.2025 in this regard.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 & 3 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's survey application dated 11.04.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
