Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent's impugned communication in Na.Ka.No.584/2017/A5 dated 08.06.2017 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the second respondent to give alternate place in the premises of the Usilampatti Panchayat Union Daily Market, in-lieu of the shop at back side Compound Wall of the Usilampatti Daily Market allotted by the second respondent.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the subsequent order passed by the Block Development Officer, Usilampatti, in Na.Ka.No.584/2017/A7 dated 04.08.2017.
