ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 290, 291, 295 IPC in Crime No.361 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.09.2018 the petitioner and his friends caused public nuisance in the vinayaka sathurthi procession and used parliamentary words nearby the mosque, at the time of prayer. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11020 of 2021 filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.08.2021 and there is no change in circumstances.

CRL OP(MD)No.11020 of 2021 5.Considering the seriousness of the offence and also the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
