PRAYER IN WA(MD) No.SR18834 of 2018:

To set aside the order dated 15-02-2017 in WP(MD).No.6137 of 2015.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.K.BASKARA PANDIAN, Special Government Pleader for the First Petitioner and of Mr.B.CHRISTOPHER, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- [Common Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 510 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 15.02.2017 in W.P.[MD] No.6137 of 2015.
