This writ petitioner is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.07.2021 and take necessary action within the stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.165 of 2021 dated 13.08.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 471, 468, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC has been registered against 6 persons.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by registering the case, this petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
