PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in his proceedings Roc.No.2071/2021/A2 dated 23.07.2021, quash the same and direct the second respondent to conduct "No Confidence Motion" against the fourth respondent within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Roc.No.2071/2021/A2 dated 23.07.2021 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to conduct "No Confidence Motion" against the fourth respondent within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous and hence, he is not pressing this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
