This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnors/respondents for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.26328 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024. 1/4

2. In pursuance of statutory notice, the respondent/contemnor is present before this Court and filed the counter affidavit along with enquiry report of the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the directions, the order was misinterpreted and the Deputy Superintendent of Police was directed to conduct enquiry and that subsequently, the respondent himself has conducted the enquiry. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Contempt Petition is closed.
