2.The petitioners are facing trial in C.C.No.343 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. The defacto complainant is Megar Nisha @ Mehuar Nisha. She appeared before this Court through video conferencing. Mr.K.Mahindran, the Inspector of Police, S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai District identified the defacto complainant.

3.When the matter was taken for hearing, the defacto complainant states that the matter has been compromised. She has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
