This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No. 16 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Cr.No. 16 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi on 16.11.2021 and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.
