ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 133 of 2022 within the time to be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioners are the defendants in the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2022 filed by the plaintiff for specific performance. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit filed by the first respondent as against the petitioners herein for specific performance is pending for the past two years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the case.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
