RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal Filed against the judgment passed in S.C.No.169 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram dated 26/02/2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.169 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, dated 26.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Against the order of conviction and sentencing the petitioners herein to pay a fine of Rs.6,500/- each for various offence, the petitioners herein has preferred the appeal with a delay of 95 days.

4.The reasons stated in the affidavit is acceptable and sufficient. Hence, this petition is allowed. The delay of 95 days in filing the criminal appeal is condoned.

5.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal and post it for admission.
