The learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 2.11.2018 before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is listed today.

2. It could be seen from the records that the petitioner namely, Murugan has given a letter dated 26.10.2018 to the learned counsel to withdraw the case. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement that he may be permitted to withdraw the case in the case bundle.
