ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.206079 of 2023 and W.M.P(MD).No.17106 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023. 2/5

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the Government Advocate, based on instructions, reported that in compliance with this Court's order, the petitioner was paid as follows:

• Rs. 10,44,297/- on November 3, 2023.

• On December 16, 2025, payments were made in three separate cheques, with amounts of:

• Rs. 4,47,862/-, • Rs. 6,82,946/-, and • Rs. 2,99,429/-.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if not satisfied with the aforesaid payment.
