O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 58 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 on the file of the Respondent No.3 for further investigation or any other Competent Officer. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent and the same was registered in Cr.No.58 of 2025. The 3rd respondent police has not conducted investigation in a proper manner and so far, the accused persons have not been arrested in this case. Hence, seeking transfer of investigation, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in this case, today, the accused persons have been surrendered before Special Court and apart from that there is no allegation against the investigation officer. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition.

4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the accused persons had already surrendered before the Special Court, this Court is of the opinion that transfer of investigation does not arise at this stage.
