Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and take necessary action against the respondents 5 to 7 for forcibly entering the petitioner's premises and arresting members and harassing them by foisting a false case against them on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.07.2018 and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to give necessary protection for the petitioner and his family members, who were threatened by respondents 5 to 7 and also prevent their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subordinates from disturbing the petitioner's association in the guise of inspection more frequently.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition, if in case the petitioner feels that the order already passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.15646 of 2016 is violated by the respondent police. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
