subordinates from disturbing the petitioner's association in the guise of inspection more frequently.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition, if in case the petitioner feels that the order already passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.15646 of 2016 is violated by the respondent police. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
