O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the second respondent. The third respondent has given a complaint.

3. Petitioners 1 to 3 shall appear before the second respondent on 04.12.2021 and 05.12.2021 at 11.00 a.m. The second respondent shall conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks, thereafter. If at the end of the enquiry the second respondent comes to the conclusion that cognizable offence is made out and he proposes to register any FIR, the petitioners will be given notice of the same so that the petitioners will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
