ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court challenging the correctness of the impugned order dated 27.06.2017, in and by which, she has been transferred from Sengottai Government Hospital to Government Hospital, Tenkasi, on the ground that when the petitioner was recently transferred to the present station namely, Government Hospital, Sengottai, on 01.04.2017, within three months, by impugned order, the 1st respondent has suddenly again transferred the petitioner to Government Hospital, Tenkasi, for the purpose of accommodating some other person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the department was constrained to

transfer the petitioner to the present station only by way of stopgap arrangement and she will be permitted to work in the present station only for a period of six months on other duty. After completion of the said period, she will be transferred back to her original place.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
