ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint given by the wife of the petitioner, viz., Kanimozhi, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, on the ground that already a complaint was lodged before the All Women Police Station, Palani and the same is under enquiry and more over, HMOP No.200 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Palani, filed by the petitioner also pending. Hence, both the parties were advised to work out their remedy before the concerned matrimonial Court.

2.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
