This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.85 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil.

2. Pelarmin @ Pellarmin is the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant appeared before this Court through video conferencing. His identity is also confirmed before me. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. When the parties have buried the hatchet, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned proceedings alive. The impugned proceeindgs stand quashed. The criminal original petition is allowed.
