This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary and appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.05.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, CSR No.150 of 2022 has been assigned and the respondent police enquired the parties. On 17.06.2022, the parties agreed not to disturb each other.
