This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 27.6.2017 and to furnish the Form No.II Certificate in order to submit the MBBS Course application for the academic year 2017-2018 before the second respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the submissions made by Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent and Mr.Jeyasingh, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.Mr.R.R.Kannan, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the fifth respondent had issued Form No.II Certificate to the Petitioner on 13.07.2017.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of..Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
