RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to direct to grant 5 days temporary release leave to the detenu petitioner's husband by name Vijayakumar, son of Mahalingam, aged about 36 years, mow confining as "Goonda" at Madurai Central Prison under preventive detention by the order passed by the Respondent No.2 in vide his order in Detention Order No. 08/2021 dated 25.03.2021 for enabling the detenu to meet the detenu`s mother by name Chinnaponnu, W/o. Mahalingam (late), who is in deathbed. Prayer in Habeas Corpus Petition(MD) No.
597 of 2021 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to calling for entire records, connected with detention order of Respondent No. 2 in Detention order No.08/2021 dated 25.03.2021 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Vijayakumar, Son of Mahalingam, aged about 36 years, now detained as "Goonda" at Madurai Central Prison before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
