This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records issued by the third respondent, in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.34/2012-4/A1 dated 20.06.2017 and to direct the second respondent to regularise the petitioner as tenant.

counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.Mr.D.Vijaya Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. The learned counsel also prays status quo till then. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above, this court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
