This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry and take action based on the complaint, dated 21.01.2022, on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a money transaction between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5. The respondents 3 to 5 have to pay a sum of Rs.39,42,745/- but they have not repaid the amount. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint before the first respondent police on 21.01.2022. Since they are not taken any action,hence this petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.01.2022, on enquiry has been conducted by the 2/4

respondent police. The petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 appeared for enquiry. The petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 compromised the matter and the 3rd respondent agreed to pay a sum of Rs.14,25,000/- and also gave written undertaken to pay the amount within four months. Hence, the complaint was closed.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action in the closure of the complaint.
