This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire deposited award amount of Rs.28,68,366/- with interest (50% of the award amount of Rs.48,61,869/-) on the credit of MCOP No.232 of 2021 on the file of the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Trichy, 2.Heard.
