COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking for a common relief for directing the respondent/Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Nagar, Austinpatti Police Station, Madurai to file a final report in Crime No.805 of 2014.

2.Crl.O.P.[MD].No.20078 of 2018 has been filed by the accused No.6 and Crl.O.P.[MD].No.20305 of 2018 has been filed by the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the final report has been made ready and it has been sent for opinion and that the same will be filed by the respondent police at the earliest.

4.Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed with a direction to the respondent to get the opinion and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
