This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to consider the Page No. 1 of 4

representations of the petitioner dated 07.11.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, she is one of the depositors in the Neomax company and its allied concerns, and due to non-repayment of the amount, the petitioner made a representation by enclosing the list of properties belongs to the accused and its allied concerns. Therefore, the said representation of the petitioner has to be considered by the respondent for attaching the properties.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already they have attached some properties of the accused and in the mean time, the petitioner also being the depositors have furnished the list of properties. However, they have to verify those list and if the properties originally belongs to accused company, then they will take appropriate steps to attach properties after enquiry.

4. In view of the above said representation of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner purely on merits and in Page No. 2 of 4

accordance with law within fifteen [15] days from the date of this Order. Accordingly, ordered.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
