This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the complaint dated 05.06.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint dated 05.06.2022, the respondents police have not taken any action.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.06.2022, and the same is pending in CSR stage in CSR No.408 of 2022 for enquiry. Therefore, he seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.
4. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents police. 2/4
5. Recording the same, the third respondent police is hereby directed to take suitable action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.06.2022, and to complete the enquiry in CSR No.408 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
