P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.6 to Register the rectification in the light of Order passed in O.S.No.22 of 2014 dated 05.06.2018 on the file of District Munsif Court, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, in respect property in Survey No.19, situated at Ponthapuli Village, Enathi Group, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanthapuram District and Consequently direct the fifth respondent to provide patta in the said land by considering the representation dated 08.05.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.6 to Register the rectification in the light of Order passed in O.S.No.22 of 2014 dated 05.06.2018 on the file of District Munsif Court, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, in respect property in Survey No.19, situated at Ponthapuli Village, Enathi Group, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanthapuram District and consequently direct the fifth respondent to provide patta in the said land by considering the representation dated 08.05.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government pleader on instructions submitted that if any document is presented for registration, the same will be registered in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to present the rectification deed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the sixth respondent is directed to register the same in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
