ORDER

The petitioner alleges that the petition mentioned water bodies have been encroached upon by the private respondents. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that notices have been issued to evict the encroachers and that the process will be taken to its logical conclusion. 3.We direct the official respondents to conclude the entire exercise of removing the encroachments within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
